Shipping Policy

Where we deliver:
We currently deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Europe.

Shipping provider:
All items are shipped with Swiss Post.

Shipping costs:
All items to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are shipped cost-effectively with B-Post or PostPac Economy.
International shipments are sent with PostPac International.

Costs for Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

• Parcel up to 2 kg: CHF 8.50

• Parcel up to 5 kg: CHF 10.00

• Parcel up to 10 kg: CHF 11.50

• Parcel up to 15 kg: CHF 13.50

• Parcel up to 20 kg: CHF 15.50

• Parcel up to 25 kg: CHF 17.50

• Parcel up to 30 kg: CHF 20.50

Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free for orders over CHF 100.

The total cost will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping to neighboring countries is also free for orders over CHF 200.

Processing time:
After receipt of payment, the package is usually ready for shipment within 1-2 business days.
As soon as the goods have left the warehouse, a shipping confirmation will be sent by email.

Delivery time:
With B-Post or PostPac Economy, delivery of goods to Switzerland and Liechtenstein usually takes 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery to neighboring countries takes different amounts of time depending on the destination:

• Zone 1 Europe: 2-12 business days (Monday to Friday)

• Zone 2 Europe: 3-12 working days (Monday to Friday)

• Zone 3 Europe: 3-12 working days (Monday to Friday)

Cantonal, national, and international holidays may extend delivery times!

Packaging:
Recyclable cardboard boxes are used for shipping.
