Returns must be made within 7 days. We offer a full refund in the form of a voucher. This voucher contains the value of all items that are returned.
Conditions
As we sell vintage fashion, it is not uncommon for the information on the size label to be out of date or for there to be minor flaws. Returns are therefore legitimate and will be processed by our team within 5 working days of the return arriving at our warehouse. The following conditions must be met for the return to be successful:
• The return must be announced by email to info@thevintagecorner.ch. All items in the return must be listed in this email.
• The shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
• The refund will be made via a voucher that can be reused in our shop.
• No refund will be given for items that are returned damaged. Please ensure that the items are packaged appropriately so that no damage occurs during shipping.
