I am having problems with my order, what can I do? Please send us an email at info@thevintagecorner.ch and we will respond as soon as possible. Or write to us directly via Instagram or Facebook.
What condition are the garments in? Second-hand items usually show some signs of wear. Most items are of very good quality. If a product has major defects, this will be noted in the detailed description of the item. All garments are washed and ironed by us.
Our quality rating:
Very good – 9/10; no to hardly any visible defects
Good – 8/10; minor defects or signs of wear
Signs of wear are visible in the pictures or explained in the description.
What size is the garment?
In the detailed description of each item, we specify the “size on the label” and the “recommended size.” Size on the label: this is the size specified by the manufacturer. Recommended size: here we specify the size according to modern standards.
When will my order be shipped? When will I receive my order? All items are shipped by B Mail. When the garment is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Delivery time is usually 2-3 business days for deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery time for zones 1-3 is 2-13 business days.
Can I return my item? Clothing items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided that we receive the item in the same condition in which it was shipped.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will not be covered by us.
You can pack the item of clothing in the box we used for shipping. The initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please ensure that the return shipment is sent with package tracking and that you keep the receipt. If the package is lost and you have not sent it with package tracking, we cannot issue a refund. Once we have received your item, we will refund the amount immediately.
